For more than three decades, I have dedicated my career to advancing higher education through international collaboration, educational innovation, and institutional transformation. My work has been guided by a simple belief: lasting change occurs when people, institutions, and ideas come together with a shared commitment to excellence.
Throughout my career, I have led international initiatives that strengthen institutions through curriculum reform, educational leadership, teacher development, quality assurance, and strategic partnerships. My work is guided by one principle: lasting impact is achieved by building institutional capacity that continues long after a project has ended.
What I do for Higher Education
Whether supporting a university seeking to internationalize, a ministry strengthening teacher education, or an international consortium designing innovative programmes, my goal remains the same—to help institutions build sustainable capacity while empowering people to lead lasting educational change.

"The true measure of international cooperation is not the number of projects completed, but the capacity we leave behind for others to continue building."
